Un - made photograph
1. One moment in my life that I wish I had photographed was when I saw a flaming green and orange meteorite fly over my head during a summer night. It was the summer of 2021 and I was over a friends house having a fire in his back yard. As I looked up, I just barely saw a sharp green and orange ball of fire sore through the sky and crash into a patch of woods not too far from me. Over and over I kept replaying the distinct image in my head. I could not get over the fact of how rich the green looked coming off of the meteor, and how vivid the rock was. There was also a slight glow to it, illuminating the sky as it crashed down to earth.
2. The importance behind this moment was mainly the idea of seeing a meteor fly over my head. Not many times can one say they have seen a meteor in real life, as they are very hard to come across. I wish I took a photo of this, as it would be the only meteor I've ever seen in my life so far. At the time when I did see it, it happened so fast that all I could do was just watch it soar over me. Hopefully the next time I am out doing a photoshoot somewhere I can capture something similar to this.
